My envision of Goro in MK Rebirth

Bio:
Goro being this juiced up MMA star that has a genetic setback called "syndactyly " is a condition where two or more digits are fused together. It occurs normally in some mammals, such as the siamang, but is an unusual condition in humans. Goro was abandoned at birth by his birth parents and raised by the underground crime lord Shang Tsung as his own adopted son. Through Goro, fear is brought through the underground crime world as his victim's are punished by the onslaught rage induced by steroid usage.

Sounds like something MK Rebirth would've used.
In India or Thailand, babies are born with 3-4 arms, and/or tails, like every 4-12 years.

Though your finger concept is intriguing. The condition you described could give him a superior grip, that coupled with the roid rage & yeah, there's your unstoppable monster.

The director did say that once the characters arrived at the tournament, supernatural elements would start being revealed. I think Goro is a character who NEEDS Outworld in order to work. Without being four-armed, he's not a scary boss dude, he's just another guy.
