It looks good for a start, but there's a lot of problems I see with it;

You have a pretty good field of variety in characters, but they seem way too grouped together (Like the box of Austin Powers, and lines of Resident Evil, South Park and Matrix characters), having the characters spread out is a good idea, perhaps having a small rule on it of "no two characters from the same thing being next to each other vertically or horizontally".

The border could use some work, as it looks bland and there are little yellow pikes all around the edges, the text is a bit blurry, and some of the mug shots are a bit squished in and messy.

Other then that, it's pretty decent for a start, just work on it a bit and it should look really good.

erm no only a couple of the characters on there are comedian's and teh rest are more horror related stars. so dont be evil.
