I like the little stumble his legs do before he falls, it's hardly noticeable though

You did a good job fixing Rain's run animation. Not perfect, but a definite improvement. The one before looked like he was ice skating.

Yes, short... but sweet and to the point. Next time get the life bars in and the win text so it's a "true" fake animation.

Would've been cooler if you made it so when Nightwolf's torso hit the ground it was lined up with his waist as if they were never separated.

Still enjoyable though lol.

It's supposed to be like that. If you keep doing animations, you'll get used to it as your dedication and focus to your project should overcome that feeling.

As for the animation, I would prefer if Nightwolf's body landed before his feet instead of over lapping with the lower body, then I'll make the blood flow out of his lower body torso.
And why does Nightwolf's torso have different skin tones as it lands? Because of the sprite frankensteining?

Saizero did this animation without flash... so she like, has a paint file with every single frame. Old school. No layers. Very impressive.

I noticed that too, but then I looked at the sprite sheet. Personally, I would have left the odd looking sprite out.
Excellent Fatality idea. The torso lining up so it looks like he just fell over, would be a nod to his Trilogy Fatality. He uppercuts the body, but it seperates as it goes up, then comes down upside down. Darrius' Picasso Fatality was also a nod to that.

I was almost expecting the torso to hit Rain, like a joke ani.

I can clearly see that this was not a Flash made animation. But my point is still there. I did "gif" animations for years, I know how the process works and the hardship that comes with it. I used to have that feeling, but over time, not only you'll get used to it, but you'll find ways to make the process quicker to avoid that "this is taking too long" feeling.
