i checked the comics, well, i noticed you saved them as .bmp, never do that, it is huge, save them as .png, it is best quality, and it is lower on kbs.

Actually PNG for color graphic pictures doesn't do justice. Jpg provide a smaller size and some anti-aliasing. Png is better for black and white actually.
