Nice for a first try, don't use glow on anything though, unless you know how to use it properly. Because the standard coloured glow on Reiko looks bad, but okay. Text is okay, used the standard gradient though. And again, standard coloured glow used. Bevel used, a'ight, yes. Standard bevel. As for the render, do never use bevel on a render. Why? Look at it.
Logo, though it's just a copy and paste, it looks kinda nice. Background, nice fire, nice copy and paste.

Overal, the poster is just a puzzle. Pasted some pics together and used alot of standard effects.

My advice, try being less standard next time.

Make your own fire,
No glow
and some kind of effect on the logo and stuff to make it look cool and you got youself a poster. Im a certified advanced photoshop user if you need help...
