His head is totally fucked up and deformed looking. His face reminds me of a monkey. Basically, you took off Rain's arms and put Sub-Zero's there and fucked his head up. I think this is trash.

Those are his legs from the beta UMK3 (if what the warehouse says is correct). They still look like rubbish, though.
