It's pretty cool, but since he's morphing through all the characters you should have him doing more than just Scorpion and Sub-Zero's moves.

Its a good idea but as Ego said he should be doing more specials than just Scorpion's and Sub Zero's.

Hes using Mk1 sprites, Reptile n stuff had none of their own moves in Mk1, Sub n Scorpion were the only orginal ninjas in that game. As for the animation, its simple and i take it ur new at making animations, u should try using flash, u can do alot more stuff in it cuz this is kinda boring n dont take much effort.

He could have made some customs, or used moves from other games.

or used sprites from umk3...but anyway, this is a pretty good animation, make one with him beating up someone, maybe throw in a custom fatality...4/5
