I like the effects, but Ermac's outfit looks a little, uh, plastic, lol.
Im not sure what's wrong with Reiko, if there is anything wrong with him, maybe his colours are a little too dark (the outfit I mean), or maybe it's just the angle, or maybe his hair?
Either way, I quite like it.

I think the legs should have being more "upwards but the sprite is pretty good!
What I like the most, are the effects you put on Ermac and on the corpse. Nice Job on the shadows too (I can't make them very good yet)!
You should have reduce the Budha a little!
