Nicely done! I'm especially a fan of Kitana's... uh... fans. The size is nice, large and elegant. Mileena looks totally feral! It seems like she has some stitches over part of her mouth. Were you going for the idea that she had part of her mouth stitched over to look more normal? Or are you going more for the Dark Knight Joker/ glasgow smile?

One thing of note on Mileena is that the one piece of hair that kind of frizzes outward kind of looks like it could be a pointy monster ear if you look at it a certain way.

These are great concept designs Icebaby! The armor on Frost looks awesome. I like the way it looks as well as the details and wrinkles around the straps.
Your Kitana concept is really nice, especially the fans. The only thing that seems a little off is the thinness of her thighs, otherwise it is a very nice design.

Mileena's look is great. The right cheek on her face seems to bulgy and it kind of gives her a cartoony grin, I think if you faded or shortened the curve where the cheek continues past the ear, it will help fix that.

All of these are fantastic!

The Frost concept is my favorite, but Kitana's and Mileena's also stand out too. Shame you didn't get to incorporate your style and design into one of these characters....instead of the Scorpion skin.

As said above, Kitana's fans look great. Actually like them better than MKX's.

Also, if that was Frost's design, I'd totally be okay with her inclusion in the game. And I'm not the biggest Frost fan, lol.

With Mileena, I had a backstory with her that she wanted to look more like Kitana, but she knew she wouldn't fool anyone with her Tarkatan roots. So she decided to stitch her mouth up as much as she could.

Also, she has a flower in her hair, but because I didn't color this, it looks like hair.



Yeah, her face will be toned up before coloring, but other than that, thanks for tips. If you know who Sylvanas Windrunner is, that's the inspiration I got for Frost's armor.

Of course, she's MMA material in the comics, buuuuuut it doesn't hurt to give her more of a badass look, right?



As much as I dig the outfit they gave for Kitana, I still wanted to give her my interpretation of what a royal assassin looks like. Although these are not 100% complete, they will have more stuff added to them along the way






As of right now, I am finishing up Tanya, and working on Ashrah. To give off hints of both of these what they would look like... imagine Tanya conquering Edenia and Ashrah is still with the Brotherhood of Shadow.
