This one is a little better because it has editing, and blood, but baraka's kind of white from transparency,tell me what you guys think,plz!

Okay, so right when Baraka's claw touches Goro's neck, his head is instantly on the floor? That doesn't seem right, you should have the head in the air, make it slanty turned as well to show that it has been cut off.
You should've had lifebars and names if you are going to do the whole, 'fatality' and 'baraka wins' thing. Other wise, it doesn't look complete. Now you can have a fake without lifebars, etc, but the 'fatality' or 'whoever wins' can't be included.
Now to stop the transparent problem, before copying your image, set your transparent button to OFF. Then copy the image, paste him on the fake, then press transparent ON. Then the background will go away, but his white won't (in this case, his close won't fade off as they do in your pic).
Baraka just chopped off an eight foot monster's head off, that deserves more blood then what you show. It just makes a big creature such as Goro, seem puny and small without a lot of blood. And the neck is the area in your body that has the blood flow through the most, so yeah, WAY more blood for that part.
Usually before Shao Kahn says "whoever wins" or "fatality", they usually are already in a pose, and have ALREADY performed their fatality. What you show there is him currently pulling a Fatality off, but then having the text there right away. You have two options for this matter:
One - You can delete the Fatality text completly (as long with baraka wins).
Or Two - You can have Baraka in his victory pose, with Goro's head AND body on the floor. No blood can be in the air if you do it this way, all of it has to be on the ground.
Background: Thanks for making a background, it should make the ratings go up a little for effort, but it isn't the best background around, ya know? Try to get more details in. In total you have four props for your background (not including color), and that isn't enough. You should have some detail put in, like maybe two moons (one dark, one light), portals in the sky, shadows, etc.
You are improving, and I am glad to see that my advise is doing something towards your images. No matter how good anyone is, everything needs improvement. So you get a 3.3/5 from me this time!
