It says enter a PNG or JPG for a fan art. I do that but then these two pop-up windows come up and say must be PNG JPG or RTF WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS?!?!?!?!?!

Maybe you only think you converted it to that format, what program are you using?

Vash, try to save your work from .bmp to either JPEG or PNG format.

I don't think that just typing .jpg at the end of your file will actually convert it. A good converting program is ReaConverter Pro
