haha... Meatwad got pwned. I bet Meat and the Water God had plenty of good fights!
But seriously, it wasn't the greatest of animations as far as the characters... especially Meats reaction to getting the water blast. However, I thought the particles of the water were good and Meat falling was flakey but funny.
Oh and you never got back to me about helping me out with Water/Fire EFFECTS... basicly Effects in general.

I'm actually in Greece right now, but I'm thinking of creating a tutorial soon. When I get back I'll see what else I got on my home PC.

The 'Water God' edit is pretty mediocre and the mixing of 32-bit and 16-bit graphics gets under my skin. I mean, why couldn't you have had the editor make a Meat sprite instead of using the MK4 model? Also, the some of the effects didn't look particularly impressive. In particular, the mist/steam/etc. parts that fall down don't look very much like vapor when they break apart and a large amount of them fade out at exactly the same, which I found to be disconcerting. But, griping aside, this was pretty good.

The water God was ripped directly from MK Mythologies I believe. Also, only a few components from MK4 were used in FrozenWorm's Meat sprites. I took a chance and created an ani with two of the rarest MK characters out there - worth every minute spent on it.
If anyone else wants to hook me up with a rare/custom sprite set, I'll hook you up with a sweet ani in return (w/credit).

Great Fatality idea UltimateRyu, I really liked it, btw my nick is all together: Frozen+Worm you see?... anyways...
I would like to understand this hobby of yours, I see you know a lot of editing, and some other editors in this forum... but what's the point of making fakes, animated stories and other stuff?
Personally I don't really like to edit, but I do it because I dream to have a 2D MK game with new characters, and new moves... even more, as you know I want to implement air kombos and a weapon system, but I must put all my effort to do it...
But I see you have lot of energy focused on this hobby of making fakes and stuff like this, wouldn't you like to join the new team I'm working on to create fakes and stuff that you can play with?
This way your work is not just a fake but part of a game... I can tell you I love your ability to edit special effects, I cannot do that hahaha, it would be great to have you editing special effects for MKRevival (this is the official name of my project); the name is a reference of the ressurection of the 2D games, what do you think?

Personally I think you should try to rejoin your original group since 2+ years of development time has already been put into those projects. They're looking great as well. Thanks for the offer, but I really dont have the time to help with a new large scale Project. Though I wouldn't mind pitching in for the current ones - MKP and MK Bloodtstorm.

I'm looking for more MKM or custom sprites to make another animation like this. Anyone know if any exist?

no, but was it worth bumping your own thread?

There are numerous request threads in this forum, there was no need to bump your own work to ask for some sprites.
