Please help me! Photo Shop Adobe Question(s).

Okay, I downloaded it to my desktop, and I installed it, but yet it isn't installed. It says, "Thank you for choosing Adobe." and then it closes. Then when I open the file, it restarts and I have to do the same thing over and over again. Please help me. What do I do?

how many drives do you have? Where did you install it? And what file are you clicking to start photoshop when it crashes?
