I really like idea of an MK1 tsung being edited as a Portal Guard, but you left it too obvious.

I love the idea, it seems really cool, they should have done that in the game, it totaly fits. Very good idea

the only thing wrong with it (in my eyes atleast) is scorpion's eye, its soo... huge, and slinty, but the rest is great, love how you changed mk1 shang tsung into a portal guard, love the moon too, nice work.

A bit more pallet swaping to get the base color, by clicking the colorize box check. Then do a bit of shading here and there.

If I have the time, I will make my own version of a Portal Guard just to show you.

I did something like the Shang edit about 2 years ago. I'll try to find it.

You need to clean up the edges a LOT. I can still see a bunch of the original pixels from shang's sprite. You're on the right track, though.
