Very nice manga style!

You've somehow managed to make her look less like the hideous monster that she was in the older games or even the slut that she was in the later ones... and she just has that really cute quality about her. Not easy to do. Good job!

This is a really good piece. Clean lines, nice subtle shading, and like the others have said, you've made Mileena cute without taking away her definitive features.
