I know this is done in ms paint and it is quite a quality job for paint. But you need to explore the realms outside of paint. Because if you can do that in paint you've got potential.

Now to the piece. I personally think you've got the colors perfect. I also like the creases and fine lines in the clothes, but in my honest opinion you've over done it. Because you've got the lines out of the drawing in some parts and it looks very untidy and undesirable. The blood effects are quite good though. The costume seems pretty accurate. Overall I'll give you a 2/5

It looks pretty ok for a Paint job, but why is he bleeding from his arm? His face hardly expresses that, it looks like you just got lazy and decided not to draw the rest of the arm.
