You need to seriously fix Quan Chi's win pose with that green shit. Shang Tsung's win pose soul thing? I dunno what it is but it looks horrible.
You also need to fix Quan Chi's robe-thingy infront of his crotch when he changes his position during the animation. It's always facing forward towrads the audience, which it shouldn't at times.
It would have been better if Quan Chi acutally beat the opponent with the leg, but what you did works too. Other than that, I'd say well done and nice editing. Âa 3.5 / 5

Impaling him with the leg was a good move because a) less difficult and b) original.
The Quan Chi sprite is excellent. I would have actually guessed it was Cage had the above user not pointed it out. I would say just fix the loin cloth so that it doesn't always face the audience and this animation is perfect.
Music is excellent, I love it and the sound effects are perfect. Background is also very sweet.

Brilliant animation, they're aggrivatingly hard to make and this is just amazing, way better than anything I could ever do. 5/5

It's good, but needs some work. The loincloth and the thing on his chest don't seem to move right with the rest of the body, but otherwise it's a good sprite edit. The fatality itself is good, except for the loincloth thing, as blacksaibot mentioned, and the win pose was a little weak. 3.5/5
