i cant find out how to fix this or if its just me, i made a simple button since im starting to learn a little bit of html, and the button i made below...the gamertag one, shows up on my computer with a blue or purple ring...do you guys see it or is it just me, if you guys do see it could you please tell me how to fix it??

You see it blue because by default a border is given to all image links. It becomes purple when the link has been visited. To fix it just add "border=0" (without quotations) to the address like this: < img src="http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y200/kutchez/Untitled-1.jpg" border =0 > End of story.
