Normally, it takes less than a day for fan art to be reviewed. Fiction, however, takes more time to be reviewed, possibly from 1 to 7 days, it depends. That was my case on many occasions. However, you may be waiting for something that will never be submitted, thus meaning they were rejected.

Anyone who tells you a time is wrong because it varies, no matter what kind of submission it is. There are only two people who look at submissions, one for fictions, the other for drawings, and considering how many people make both, wait times can be very long or very short, depending on how many they decide on reviewing in the day. It's safe to say that there are more drawings submitted than fictions, and pictures can take a very long time before they appear, since it's only one person looking at them. Sorry about the wait, but unfortunately, all you can do is wait.
