The lighting feels alittle too much.

9/10 awesome job, overall.

Okay...I personally don't really like it, because:

-The bg is kinda plain.
-The lightnings are just some brushes. ( lol, that was my style! )
-The font doesnt fix with the wallpaper.
-The cutting is kinda bad.

Work on these things and I'm sure that the wallpaper will look better.

Pretty much. My mainest problem is the Raiden render, fat lumps going inwards. BG would look great with Rain. Im not sure if you know, but you can make animated rain as a wallpaper. I did it a few months ago, looks nice. Try that. And those lightning brushes OWN! Haha BE, i remeber them in about 60% of your sigs.
