I think it looks very good. I like the rain, in the background. I think the rain fits perfectly if it's Rain's Fatality. I like the lightning a lot, I think it looks very realistic. I like it a lot. Good Job.

I must say when i see a fake that doesnt really have any sprite edits or new bgs, i will more then likely say the fake sux but....... thats is so awesome! The lighting looks great, and all that rain really adds a nice effect. I dont know how u got that lightning but it looks so damn cool. Iv tried to get lightning like that so many time for animation but can never get it right. Also i must say ur sig looks really cool, i love Sindel and she looks real cool red . I give it a 8.9/10
