The lifebars look awful, IMO. Both the names and colors. The staff looks too simple. It looks like u just drew a brown line with a tool in Paint. There is white space between a few blood drops, shadows would've been nice, victory marks aswell. And, I also didn't like how it's MK1 Rayden vs MKII Jax on an MKII backround. The MK1 sprites are all huge compared with MKII.
Also, the fatality is not original, since it's from MK4...

Hmm, i'm not so keen on it.
Mainly because it needs a bit more work in a few departments:
Blood - it doesn't seem right. You have some dripping down and some flying horizontal, it doesn't seem correcly placed.
The Staff - It is hard to be seen, as I think you mentioned, and it does really need to be seen.
No Lightning? - If it's his MK4 fatality, there should be some blasts or sparks from it. EDIT: I think i see some sort of sparky light trail thing at his hands, but its kinda green? Either way, it should really be on the opponent.
The Rayden Sprite - Apart from mixing it with an MK2 sprite, the sprite doesn't seem right in holding the staff, or at least in that way.
Lifebars - The light blue really does stand out alot, and it seems out of place here. Victory marks would be a nice addition, and the font is from MK3 really, and the white also stands out because its MK2.

I personally don't rate, mainly because I'm usually ALWAYS off, but i'm sure many other users here would be happy (sort of) to do so...

I agree w/ all your comments but the author that made the fake try harder.

I don't like it at all. The health bars look nasty. Raiden doesn't even have the symbols that he won two rounds. I don't see the point of having blood squirt out if he's electrocuting somebody, and you hardly have any "thunder bolts" to show that he's being electrocuted. You should add more.

If you ask me, you did no real editing at all to make your fake look more than copying and pasting sprites.

well good job making a fake but try a little harder so you can a great fake

aw come on, cut the kid some slack. he's only 13 (which 13 year olds rock BTW) and he was able to make a clever idea for a fake. i like it a lot. i definetly like the way you made it look like raiden was holding the staff in kahns hand.
