The file size was probably too lare foe Photobucket to take. Hmmmmmmm.... what was the resolution of the images in photoshop? Cause if they were larger than 72 dpi, then the file size will be larger than you actually want.

photobucket shrinks the pic when the file is over 250k. convert the pic to jpeg again and compress the file until it is less than 250k and they won't shrink it.

Yeah and photobucket size limits aside, you will probably want to make it a jpg or something next time simply because bitmaps are inpractical for web posting, they have no compression. Even if you set the JPEG quality to the highest it will be smaller and with only a little quality loss.
