Ok...I working on a table-top RPG based off of Mortal Kombat and using the gaming style of the older White Wolf gaming books (Vampire, Werewolf, Mage)

So far I got the intro, some of the lexicon, some of the races, character creation and character sheet done. However I need help on getting a list of all of the 'clans' or groups that are in MK. So far I got Black Dragon, Red Dragon, Special Forces, Shaolin, Edenian Rebels and Lin Kuei listed. Could you guys please list some groups I have not mentioned that is MK canon and perhaps give a few suggestions on what other made-up factions that may fit the MK multiverse?

Also, I could use some feed back on the character sheet I'm creating. So far I only have the first page done and just looking over it I'm finding some mistakes. But before I want to start messing with it, I was wanting some suggestions I what I could add or should remove. So feel free to start the flames.....*putting on fire-proof suit*

Thanks Deady_Dragon. Now I just need to expand and make up some new groups. So far we only have clans from Earth, Outworld, and the Neatherrealm....*sigh* That's the bad thing about having more than one realm floating around.

In addition to what's on that page, there are...

Tarkatan Hordes (Baraka's race/clan of mutants)
Seidan Guards (the Orderrealm troops e.g. Hotaru)
The Pantheon of the Gods (Raiden, Fujin, Kidd Thunder, Elder Gods, MKM Gods)
The Shokan (Goro, Kintaro, Sheeva)
The Centaurians (Motaro plus misc. centaurs from the MK3 intro)
Oni-Demons (Moloch, Drahmin, some more from MKD's Konquest Mode)
Raptors (Reptile and Khameleon)
Vampires (Nitara)

That's all I can think of for now, hope that helped too.

I'm treating the Shokan, Centaurians, Oni, Raptors and Vampires as races rather than clans. I'm not sure about Tarkatan...should they be listed under hybrids or mutated oni or what? In regards to gods, they are not to be playable characters unless your mortal character accends somehow to godhood status. Having a too powerful of a character to start out with is no fun. Gods can be NPC's though and there will be a chapter on immortals in general.

Treat them as races, and give them clans as societies they live in. Oh and don't use everything f4rom the link, for example, tehre aren't no red ninjas beside Ermac.

That's basically what I'm doing. But by 'clan' I mean organization a character is part of. Could be a society as in the Lin Kuei or 'job' as in Special Force/OIA.

About the Red Ninjas, I pretty much figured that one out *grin* The only time I every saw that 'clan' was in the cartoon series....but I perhaps a made-up clan that wears red similar to Ermac's would not be too difficult to imagine.

Remember, I'm not only looking for canon 'clans' but new original ones that could fit into the MK multiverse.
Update: Here's what I got so far. Its only the intro and a few chapters so far and please be forgiving as to the way it reads at the beginning for some reason when I changed the format to HTML it messed up the first part.
