Pretty cool for one of your first fakes. The Liu Kang sprite looks good. I wish I could see the insides more tho on his spear. You need some shadows and 2 win icons. They should be a little smaller too btw (the win icons). But other than that I like it, cool idea.

i may sound very repetitive because i tell alot of people this but i will say it once again. This piece would be better with your own created background. These Mk ones have been seen alot already and are boring. Try to make your piece as original as you can. The scorpion sprite is good, but you didnt really do anything to it, or so it seems. Lui kang's sprite is a little bit more creative. Lui kang would have looked kooler if he was on the floor being dragged by scorpions spear. The spear is a little bit too straight. Looks very unreal. Also this piece needs shadows and also one more win symbol. 3/5

For a first fake I’d say it’s pretty simple and yet still pretty cool. I like the way scorpions Spear has removed Liu Kangs guts & how you’ve got the blood spraying out from both sides of his chest. I’d say keep working on fakes and perhaps start messing around with backgrounds and you’re sure to improve. Keep it up.
