What program do you use for all of these cool effects? It's like a good photoshop pic come to life. I'm not kissing up or anything, I'm genuinely wondering.

its awsome dude i like the shining effect of the tomahawk and the green lighning storm. the only problem is the background u should make sum rain or thunderstorm. 9/10
