I like the coloring of the background. It goes well with smoke.
I find it weird how Kahn is so small compared to Cage. Nice effect on Kahn's shoulder ram. I think there should be more blood though, and cage should be leaning the other direction because of the impact.

you should work harder on the blood affects, and make it say SHAO KAHN WINS even I could make it say that. But is a start, is better than other work thats here.

Like siaboot said, Shao Khan is small compared to cage.
