At first i didnt know who made this and thought it was from a new person. I was suprised when i read the name. I've seen your other fakes and I know you can do better...alot better. So i dont know what's up with this one maybe you were tired but you've done better and probally will remain to.....

But you know, it's kind of pathetic to actually try to get a point across to you, Ryu, and I know that I'm better than you because if I were you, I'd take crit, but I'm not you, and I'm glad that I'm not you nor will I ever in the future.

So there, it's a waste to actually say something good about your picture if all you're going to do is say everyone is a noob for not liking your picture.

I don't like it at all.
First off, the fact that there is no complete floor makes the arena too gimmicky. Having to jump from platform to platform is something that one would see in Smash Bros, and should not be in Mortal Kombat. Also, the platforms are big enough to support two fighters in close-range only, which means that all it would take to knock someone into the fiery pit is weak attack with some knock back, like a single kick or a few punches. The size of each platform, and the idea that all it takes is for one to win the match is to either connect with jump attack, counter a jump attack, or just get close enough to kick someone, does not make the stage useful.
Aesthetically, the stage is boring. A lone mountain in the background? Bridge poles decorated with spikes? A blue moon with a silhouette passing in front of it? All of these are MK elements, but they have been used before and don't add anything that is fresh, but still nostalgic to MK's style. Aside from the fire coming from the depths, there's nothing original about the stage that makes it stand out from anything that has appeared in any existing 2D MK stage.*
And as for the fighters, well, it's just confusing. What did Jax to to Sonya exactly? Considering how much space he is taking on the platform, I have to assume that he must've carried her to that location and held her above his head to perform the fatality. But once again, I have no clue what he did to her to break her in two. The thing is, since his arms are in blade-mode, I could assume he cut her in half, but that would mean that she would have been floating above Jax, which means that she could've actually been trying to jump over him! That makes sense... Except that unless she was standing at the very edge of Jax's same platform, she would have never made a good jump to avoid Jax, and since he's in the middle of the tiny platform, she wouldn't have had much space to land at that spot in the first place, let alone jump over him without fear of falling off. Also, since when can Jax produce electric bolts like Raiden? If that's what he used to cut her in half, then that's just lame, as electricity doesn't cut things, but burns them. Also, the electricity he is producing made me think it was connected to the lightning that's on his left, and when I looked at the fake quickly, I though that it was part of the lightning, not that he was producing it himself.
In the end, I have to say that this has to be the least practical stage idea for an MK game that I've ever seen, with a very uncharacteristic fatality.

I appreciate the critique Jerrod but you're being a bit too technical about the scenario. Just use your imagination a lil and you will see the possibilties.
