You added some really nice details such as the blood effects, the hookswords on the floor, etc. Everything else is awesome too but just center the lifebars next time. Great job.

Eh, decent ideas, moderately good execution. I can see that you're trying, but not quite getting the entire picture to really mesh. The two fakes here remind me of a M.U.G.E.N. game with sub par blood effects. If the existing, ripped, blood effects were used I could see these working a bit better. Either that or more time and effort put into the details of the fakes to make them seem more artistic and detailed. But I digress, these aren't bad given the times and the amount and quality of 2D game fakes having declined.

However, after seeing these..you jarred a moment of inspiration out of me. Your Kabal fake gave me an idea, which is actually more of a twist, but along the same lines as yours. I don't mean to hi-jack your thread, but I don't feel the need to make a new thread for something as small, meaningless such as this, but here's what I came up with:



This is actually the first real digital editing I've done in a long, long time and the rust shows... but like I said, you sparked my creative side and gave me a brief window of time to revisit this old hobby of mine. I doubt I really ever get back into it or try to regain my skills or ambition, but it was a good waste of 20 minutes.

Good job dude...but man,how i miss the good old fakes,years ago many people like both illu§ion,MkRocket and many more making those amazing fakes and posting them here in the Fan Submission,now they dont post so regular like before and most of the old school fakers are gone i think,some banned and some gone...those were the fucking days....
