In your sig space, type (img src=""), then copy and paste the url of your image between the " marks, then replace ( and ) with < and >

If your image does not show, like this then the place you got your image won't let you "hotlink" (copy and paste url directly from their site)

If this is the case, you can copy and paste the image itself to your harddrive or a disk, then go to "imageshack" click on "browse" to find the image stored on your computer. Once selected click "host it" (note image must be either jpeg or possibly gif format) scroll down and then copy and paste the link given to you as you would normally.(note I'm only using imageshack as an example, I just found it was easy to use)

Where do you find the URL of the picture?

You have to host it normally, at places like Photobucket, and Sharemation. To get the URL right click the pick and hit properties, you should see it from there.
