pretty cool, needs some detail work, and some lighting, but good concept.

It looks like it could be a sub zero point and click adventure puzzle game, like kings quest, maniac mansion, full throttle, etc.

Too make that wall look better, make some of the bricks 1-2 pixels further out than the others or cut a pixel off of the mortar, this will give it a less uniform and more realistic look.

I was thinking the same thing making this, sorta. I was thinking of like a comic sorta thing.

It was unitentional, but after relizing it I thought it would make him seem younger, so I kept it.

I disagree with the too skinny thing and the taking a shit thing - I think that' s just retarded, actually.
Sub-Zero looks great, and he looks sneaky. He only looks like he needs to take a shit if you look at it that way.

The only problem with the fake is everything else. Everything looks poorly resized and choppy- did you resize things with Paint or photoshop? Paint's no good for resizing. The guards especially look terrible.

Great concept though, something different for a change.

Well, actually the only thing I resized was the guards. I did it in paint. I don't have photoshop.

The ground outside the house is bits and peices of Shao Kahns arena from MKII.

i hope you dont mind, you said you didnt have photoshop so i took the liberty of adding some lighting of my own design to your pic, i know this probably doesn't follow your original idea but its what i wanted to do.

Very nice, but the only problems I see with it are...

I. What are those red lines on the shrubs? Are they supposed to be blood?
II. If Sub-Zero's trying not to be discovered, his leg sticking out won't help him achieve that.
