I like the idea of the second one, although Sub's head flots down like a feather or something

Try and make the fall look more realistic, by just having it go straight down like.

Good job though.

Oh yeah, I remember seeing these, you showed me them. As I thought before and always. These are some cool animations.

The first one has lots of transparent spots on the Sub-Zero sprite, but it's a cool animation nevertheless.

Did you rip these from the Sega Master mortal kombat games?
