Also, why did he say "Not again?" His other arm looks fine. I would have changed the punchline to something else.

Maybe something like "Ooh, I hate when that happens!" or even a simple "Aw, crap".

I think that "Not again" is a much better last line than "Aw Crap" would be. With a simple "Aw Crap", this comic wouldn't be as funny as it is.
