Yeah, I think that you should do some more animations based on the Fatality thread in the Future Mk Games section.
Some of the ideas there would work in 2d, others wouldn't, but it's worth a try... if you can be bothered.
I don't know where to find a larger sprite collection than the one at MK Warehouse; this has an extremely wide range.

Hmmm, well about needing more sprites than MKW has to offer I think that you will be happy to know that me and others are working on getting every sprite from ever game onto mkforces.net. Once we get all the sprites up I will send them to Murd (since I am still staff of MKW) and then there will be 2 sites with every MK sprite.
