I didn't. I hade to make it myself. I ripped the mountains from the Pit II, and I hade a BG w/ stars so I combined them.

Great job, dude. I created a similar looking background to use it in my comics. Since this is the background where you can get to Khameleon (by hitting down + start on Toasty), it was the background where Reptile and Khameleon first met in my series, the King of Puns.
