well...it is not that good....Reptile is way bigger than sub-zero...the lifebar on the left is backwards, the sword looks screwed up, and the blood on the sword looks like all you did was paint it with a paint brush with the program you used and it has no detail on the blood......the only good thing is the idea ia kind of cool and the pictures under the lifebars are creative....ill give you a 2.5/10

Looks pretty cool, I like how you used the MK2 style ninjas because they are my favorite. Is that supposed to be his Kori Blade? It should be more blue. 5/5

Now I'm not going to dis down on you or anything, Im just goint to tell you the Goods, the Bads, and the uglys. Lets start shall we.

The Goods:
*Pretty nice concept.
*You got the life bars on the top of the screen.
*The pit stage is nicely cut out and made as a background.

The Bads:
*The Blood. Not enough and the innitial Sword into body blood is terrible.
*As mentioned the life bar is wrong.
* If its a fatality, which i dont know if it is or not, there needs to be a darkened tone.

The Uglys:
*Why the hell is Reptile so big. Why the Hell are the sprites so big. Not only do they not fit on the stage, Reptile s beginnins to pixilate it appears. come on. make them the normal size or like give us a zoom effect. They look more like lifeless dolls then a video game fake.

Enough said. 1.7/10 Keep practicing man.

In case you didn't notice (and you did it yourself) Reptile is also with his knees bent, and by almost the same degree. He is way bigger. Have some common sence and some decent perception.
