This is pretty cool, interesting style you use. His head looks good, and the amulet's not bad either. The only problem is that maybe his waist is too thin. And also, I know lots have trouble with the hands, and to me the hands don't look quite right. The thumb on the left hand looks to high up, but the right hand is nice. A good use of 'cartoon shading' here as well. Great overall job.

I like this one better than your Scorpion one and I give it 4.5 out of 5 Dragons. I think his arms should be a bit longer.
