Artist's Remarks:
This is Talikan. He's Baraka's younger brother. Talikan disobeyed Baraka's direct order to kill Mileena, so Baraka thrusted his blades into Talikan's jaw and mouth and with all his strength ripped out Talikan's Tarkatan teeth. He wears them on his armor to remind him, don't trust anyone, not even your own brother.
