Well.
There isn't too much to say about it really.
But, in short, good sprite choices, but I didn't find it generally funny.
The speech bubbles could be a little better, and as you're using MK3 sprites, I might suggest using the MK3 font isntead of MK2 (which in my opinion, isn't suitable for really writing text like this).

That's a weird picture. I don't get it, but it's sort of funny. The way Stryker is peeing in the lava looks funny. But, what t does the dinosaur and Jax supposed to mean? Oh well, it looks decent and everything was put together well. 4/5

Ha...ha its giggable but not laughable. The pissing is cool. Its kinda clever yeah Stryker's animality is a dino ha ha but why are they in hell?? Um....2/5 dragon points.

Here's my explanation.

It's hell because he needed a liquidy place to put Stryker to piss. He could have used the River but whatever.

It's funny (giggable) because Jax is hoping to God this T-Rex is actually Stryker, when in fact it's actually some random T-Rex. Which is obviously going to eat Jax.

Comics aren't funny when they have to be explained, but not bad.
