Okay, frostkai, I know you mean well, but please explain to me why this, and the other comic, was funny.

well you see the thing is i won't give up your comments actually help me improve so he i can make it better and like idk how it's funny it just is fun to place together and stuff

If you don't know how it's funny, how are we supposed to know?
If the comic doesn't even make you laugh, then it is a failure. If you can show this to someone else that you know personally and they don't laugh, then it is not funny. Comics like these need jokes.

Maybe you should think of a story that makes sense before anything, like Jerrod said, look at your work, then see if you think it's good.

I think the general point is made -- it's under developed nonsense.
There are so many sprite strips already out there that it might help to try to think of something that will make yours unique. Certainly structurally it would help to connect the dots of panels more carefully, maybe aim for a shorter format, and look to hit a target a bit more concisely with a more fleshed out arc.

I don't know that "retarded" is the language to use, but there's certainly nothing wrong with the idea of a bumbling Liu Kang undoing Kung Lao's better work. I actually think that's a funny high concept to apply to those two characters. It might've even been interesting to start by addressing the circumstances of MK1. Why was the direct descendent of the "Great" Kung Lao overlooked for selection? Strap a bumbling Liu Kang to that premise and you're on your way!
