The green one looks more Dragony and the Plan one looks like a Shao Kahn-esk character. Anyways, I like the drawing and coloring you’ve done but I think you needed to add a little more definition to his body and shoulder pads either with detail or added shading, it looks a little too plan as it is at the moment but the details on the rest is fine.
