It's so simple and pointless, and it lacks creativity. Is there any concept or piece even slightly original here?
You didn't even bother changing the colors of the props to make them work.
Sucks.

MK3 background with MK1 props, and an MK1 fighter with and MK3 fighter's head placed over his body. Sorry, but this looks like something I could do in paint (aside from the fire, at least every flame you made is different).
Edit: I actually managed to make this picture in MS Paint; my first fake, W007! I'd have attempted the blood and fire, but this thing took me longer than expected, as I actually cut out the Goro statue from the Warrior Shrine, not thinking to scroll down the page to see there was already one cut out. Thank you MK Warehouse! grin

If you're going to plagiarize my work, at least do a halfway decent job of it.

You're missing the point; the concept is so boring and easy to make that even a first-time fake maker could do exactly what you did in less than an hour in MS Paint. I never promised that I'd do a good job on it with MS Paint. wink

I must agree with everyone else and say this doesn't have any originality to it. Its not something Id bother looking twice at. It just seems like a simple copy and paste piece. Maybe next time you should try and alter everything your going to use. Give us something we haven't seen.

Even though I don't like it, I know it took some work and time and for that you should be credited.

What's new about this?

It's just the same ol' fatality done in UMK3. It's like a still pic of the game.

It's not that there's anything particularly wrong with it being a copy paste job, but it's just truly unoriginal and boring. It's like...a shrine? OK. With the portal? And there's some flames? Huh?

Way overdone and really, there's just no ideas in it at all.

Heh, the background reminds me of an old background I made around 2001-2.

The idea, as with the fake, is very stale.

Guys, please don't feed the troll.

Please let me know where I can find an in-game screenshot of a MK1 Reptile performing an MK1 unique fatality on a unique background. Thanks

MK4 background (portal from enter your initials)

I don't care for the background at all. It looks like you were very lazy and out of ideas. They're right, the color of the props don't flow together at all. It's ugly.

The fatality itself is nothing new, but that isn't much of a problem. It goes back to the whole point of MK fakes; to make it look like it was a secret part of the game.

MK1 reptile has a secret fatality. Straight and to the point. I actually like it. The blood isn't smudged around with a bunch of picture tubes/brushes from an art program. Straight from the game and I think it works for this fake.

The tongue could have been fixed though (from reptiles mouth, and it attached to cage's head).

3.5/5

Not your worst, not your best. But I don't hate it except the background. You definitely could have came up with an original idea though... it would have been a shit load more interresting. These days however, I will admit, good ideas are running dry (even in my head).

MK1 unique? Reptile's tongue fatality is about as unique as Scorpion's flame fatality. And the background isn't unique, it's the Warrior Shrine with an overused MK Blue Portal.
XTREEMIST is right about how it technically can be a fake about revealing a secret part of the game that nobody knew of, but if you're going that route, then it should look more like an authentic MK1 picture, not a mish-mash of 3 MK games, like in your Smoke and Ermac MK1 fakes. Meaning Reptile should've had a green skull in the place of the reptilian head, there should've been a darker "Fatality" screen, and a more MK1-looking background (no unusual portal when they're fighting on an island). I'd have been more impressed with this if it was at the Bottom of the Pit and had the aformentioned green skull.
