I would say it would be better to change this to something like a request thread to any artist, not just a particular one, as that is the PM system's purpose.

Anyhow, it's a noble cause, I do remember a similar thread like this being made once except it was dedicated to fakes, not drawings. I think a nice idea for this thread could be to inspire artists with ideas when they are low on creativity. The problem is this will get buried under other posts, and there are already to many sticky threads in this forum. Anyway, good luck with this thread, it could be helpful to artists with a block.

I suppose I will make some contributions to this while I'm here. I'd like to see concepts for these 'clone' characters. It interests me to see if people can make these not very interesting characters interesting. Try Rain, or Ermac, as you don't see many concepts for them here. Make them original as possible.

I would like to see Shinnok by The_Suit, Jax007 and/or my cousin Bleed (I know he's been absent for a while but still I wanna' see it). I chose Shinnok 'cuz he isn't an interesting character but it would be cool to see some art by these fine artists.

Yeah, that was me. I thought that since fakes were easier to make than hand drawn art, there might as well be some good ideas for them. We know how that went. Let's just hope that this turns out far better.

I submitted Reptile(old skool ninja). Ill also submit a Lin Kuie[sic] version of Rain. I wont be doing Shao Khan, sorry. He'll be in the comic and I really like the design I made. Remember that all characters I draw are revamped so they really dont look like the original. You'll know its him, though. He says his own name...

Okay, just to give you all an idea of what sort of things have been posted here in the past I compiled a list of fanart, sorted by character. This is so that people will know which characters would be 'fresh' or interesting to make concepts for. Here's the list, but first, a few guidelines I used while collecting this information:

Artwork Included: These are the sorts of things that I counted on my list, the most important thing to remember about this is that I did not include drawings/fakes concerning two or more characters. With that, here are the things I included: Concept sketches, parody fanart, individual sprite edits, renders, character drawings, MK characters with sub-character(non MK character).

Artwork Not Included: The reason I didn't include fakes in this is because fakes always deal with at least two characters. The idea of this is for people to know how many times a single character artwork has been posted. So, here on the things I excluded: Fakes, group pictures, fight scene drawings, original character sketches.

Note: ONLY submissions to MK5.org were included.

If you look at the list you will see there was a total of one submission for Sareena. I didn't include any characters in the games Mortal Kombat: Mythologies nor Mortal Kombat: Special Forces because they had never been in an actual fighting game. I did include Sareena because she is in MKTE. Anyway, Kia nor Jattaka had any submissions currently.

Yes, I think I remember seeing it. But like I said, I didn't include concepts with more than one character, since that would have changed the idea of this if I had included the numerous drawing that contained more than one character. Either way, those characters that have zero don't even appear in group drawings, most of them anyway.
