Since I wasn't sure where to put this so I decided here, This is where anyone can post there non MK sprites here are some of mine:
New Goblin (Harry Osborn in Spider-man 3)

Made from MvC Strider Hiryu, MvC Spiderman, MvC2 Iceman, and SF Alpha 3 Cammy

Toxin (Venom/Carnage Spawn had his own series)

Made from Marvel vs DC MUGEN's Carnage

Just post them or request and someone might accept your reqeuest.

Those are pretty awful, man. Try not to use flat black at all and remember to use colors who are similar to those around them (if you use a dark gray and you put a green next to it, use a dark green, etc.)

Anyway, to contribute, here's a Cable-to-Black Adam process sheet I made in about 10 minutes.

Thanks for the advice, I was going off a picture on google for new Goblin, wasn't thinkin through.

All I can really give you advice on is to try and do as little Frankenstein-ing with your sprites as possible... Unless of course you find body parts that are a perfect match. Usually though it just doesn't happen that way.
