This guy is a member of the new Black Dragon clan, Kira's first recruit. I might make the second guy as well, cause I <3 the Black Dragon



Name: Marcus Karter (Yeah, I know his surname sucks but the new Black Dragon’s names start with K, so they might want to continue that. Truthfully, I cant think of a decent name >_> <_< Name is simply “Karter” in health bar, and victory announcement as well)

Age: 25

Bio: Easy victor of the match between Kira’s two selected recruits, Karter found a new home in the reforming Black Dragon clan.
Previously part of a collapsed underground drug syndicate, Karter was personal bodyguard to the leader of the massive organization for two and a half years, as well as the head of security department. This was an amazing achievement for somebody of his age, and his career in this illegal ring only seemed to be looking up.
He was trained, at the organizations expense, in the fighting style of Shorin- Ryu by an American champion of the style. This coupled with his extensive knowledge and expertise in the Israeli military defense art Krav Maga made him a force to be reckoned with.

However, his less than honest life fell apart.

Under his nose, the great Red Dragon clan had sent a member to infiltrate and act as a recon agent. Apparently there was more to Karter’s organization than he could have ever known, they had something the Red Dragon sought. But it was too late for Karter; the Red Dragon agent had succeeded in his mission, and his clan had invaded.

More than 75% of Karter’s organization was massacred in the onslaught, totally unaware of the greater evil that had them in it’s clutches. Most devastatingly for the drug ring, their leader was murdered during the attack. It seemed that the Red Dragon clan had whatever they came for.

Because Karter was the head of security, the blame fell solely on his shoulders. He was disgraced from the organization, savagely beaten and left to die in the gutter of the city.

In some twist of fate, a beautiful red haired woman approached him, helping him to his feet.
She introduced herself as Kira, and told him of her clan, the Black Dragon.
Karter replied to her. He knew of the Black Dragon clan, they were after all one of the most famous and feared crime gangs on earth, but he thought they were erased from existence thanks to the Special Forces.
With an evil but sexy smile, Kira told the man of Kabal and his ruthless plan to build the ultimate clan. A clan that would spell the undoing of humanity, and bring a wave of brilliant chaos in its advancements. And she told him she saw great potential in him.

Karter pledged his allegiance to the Black Dragon.

Fighting Styles (2) Shorin- Ryu (This could be replaced by something, but I can just picture this dude using this technique, but only if Kobra was indeed dead. It would be a bit unoriginal though), Krav Maga (http://www.kravmaga.com/krav09.html)

Weapon: Nightsticks (Not like Jax’s tonfa’s. These are held at the bottom and are used sort of like knives)

Outfits: Outfit 1: Black Dragon-esque attire; he wears black pants with a red t-shirt displaying a huge Black Dragon symbol on his back. The shirt has very short sleeves and his very large biceps are shown off by the tightness of it, as are his wide shoulders. He wears grey knee pads over his pants and black military style boots. Over his hands is a pair of black leather gloves with small studs on the knuckles. His head is shaved totally bald, and his eyes are covered by a pair of slick looking shades. We can see some black tattoos on his neck, coming out of his red shirt, as well as a thick black tattoo on his impressive right forearm.

Outfit 2: Karter wears a very neat bodyguard-style suit. Under a blue dress jacket he wears a white collared shirt, and the classic black tie. A chest protector can be seen at the top of his tie. His head looks very much the same as his default outfit, but his glasses are a little more official looking, and he has a very slight layer of head-stubble growing. He wears blue dress pants and brown dress shoes. No gloves this time, and no tattoos on his neck. We can see he is wearing an earpiece, which leads down inside his shirt. This outfit is supposed to represent what he looked like before he joined the Black Dragon clan.

Special Moves: Throw- Stomach crusher: Karter grabs his opponent buy the shoulders and administers a quick knee to the stomach, dropping them to the ground face down.

Tazer- Karter pulls a tazer from his pocket (pants pocket for costume 1. Breast pocket for costume 2) and quickly jolts the enemy, stunning them and allowing Karter a free hit.

Low to high- Karter drops low and sweep kicks his opponent around the legs, and as they fall, gives them a huge roundhouse kick to the upper body, sending them flipping through the air

Dodging punch- Karter falls on his back foot, bringing his body backwards, then throws a cheap punch to his opponents face, knocking them down.

Beanbag gun- Karter pulls out a one handed beanbag gun and fires quickly at his opponent. Near impossible to block and heavily damaging, this move can only be used once per round for fairness and realness ( It would take a long time to load the gun)

Fatalities: Fatality 1- Head to Head: Karter lifts up his opponent into the air by the neck, choking them. After they struggle for a couple of seconds, Karter, in a blink-and-you’d miss it type of moment, quickly drops them to the ground, but before the standing opponent can do anything, Karter pulls back his head an shatters his opponents skull with an extremely hard head butt. As the headless opponent drops to their knees, Karter raises one leg and kicks the corpse in the chest. This sends blood everywhere as the corpse flies across the room.
Karter casually pulls a white handkerchief from his pocket, and dabs the dead opponent’s blood from his face. He pockets it and crosses his arms. FATALITY

Fatality 2- Removal kick: Karter chuckles and grabs his opponent’s arms, so it looks like they are holding both hands, facing one another. Suddenly, in a move quite remarkable for a man of his size, he jumps, throwing his feet out in front of him, and sends a horribly powerful double-footed kick to his opponents chest. The opponent goes flying as Karter hits the ground, still holding his opponents arms, which have been separated from the opponents body at the armpits.
Chuckling again, he turns, throwing down the arms and walks away. The opponent can be heard bleeding behind him, but can not be seen. FATALITY

Hara Kiri: Knee-ding suicide (Oh wow, what a wonderful pun. Pfft): Karter locks his hands together, around the back of his head. In one vicious movement, he pulls his head down and his knee up, crushing his face, and his glasses, across his own knee. He falls to the ground and doesn’t move. Blood oozes from the ugly wound in his face. He is dead.
