Basically we don't use the image tags.
Use the html like DarkScorpion said above, but change the direction of the >'s i.e. > becomes

The easiest way to do it is click "Rich Text Post Message"

Then when the editor appears, click the right hand icon on the toolbar, and type in the url of the image.

This way, you don't have to use the html code.
