The swap could've gone here, and the Scorpion. Umm, looks more like he's doing a facepalm, sorry man, not good. It needs shading, a better figure, better proportions, try drawing it and scanning it to the computer.

The Scorpion art is not that great, sorry.

Palette swaps are WAY easy to do. Also, Lavor? What kind of name is that? Is it a mix between the words "lavatory" and "lover"?
