Technically in Story Mode of MK11 the timeline was reset by Lui Kang who is now a god. Wouldn't the events based on how many people D'Vorah has killed now be irrelevant?

But than again, Shao Kahn was the main villain for how many games? So Kronika could come back. After all according to Cetrion she was the God of Gods. She could re materialize somewhere and come back and undo everything from another Timeline. Kronika even mentioned that there were hundreds of alternate timelines and this one is just one in a million that she was beaten in.

If Geras was a fixed point in time that made him more Immortal than Raiden, than the same could be said for Kronika who died. So I'm very confident she'll be back.

Hopefully Scorpion slashes her into two halves in MK12.

Why did Jade spare her life?

I don't know why Jade just didn't kill her knowing full well that she's a threat. It's practically and Indirectly Jade's fault that the Future Living version of Scorpion died. Well.....it's a good thing than that Scorpion's past undead self is still around. I doubt D'vorah's poison would have any effect on him seeing as he's a hellspawn.

Blame the writers for not killing her.

I don't understand why he didn't just do that in the first place? Out of everything the yellow idiot could have done he slashes at her pointless bug legs instead of just slicing her in two?

The amount of plot armor this bug has truly does annoy me. I love her as a villain and character but how she is used in the story is reaching MK9 Quan Chi levels of favoritism.

Half the things she did in the story would have made more sense for Noob Saibot to be doing.

Hanzo speared her through the chest while past Scorpion cut her tendrils and slashed her back. I think slashing is out of the question. She only ran away when he threw flame at her.

Only as long as she has plot armor. Remember how every single character was killed by Sindel from some of the tiniest love taps. All it took for her was to blow a little energy ball at a fully armored Cyborg for him to die.

Also I'm pretty sure Scorpion never goes in for a slash once he cuts her stupid bug legs off. He just lets her fall and talks about going in for a killing blow.
