CANT CONNECT! and problems sync inventory.

Hello.

i have problems to play mk11, i downloaded all the game, wait for update and then play it.
When i try to play any mode, the 80% of the game its unavaiable because request to me connect to the servers, but im online and sometimes too the game show a message saying something about "cant sync inventory".

What sould i do?

EDIT:
and yes:

-Reinstalled game
-firewall disabled, antivirus too..
-UPNP DMZ enabled

The game still having connection issues please resolve it.
Developers should implement a login button or something like this.

QueenAhnka you tried like me this steps?:

-Reinstall game
-disable firewall , antivirus too..
-UPNP, DMZ enabled (router configuration about ports)

Well , sorry for double post, but i dont recive answer from the support system (i send 2 tickets to wbgames support) no answer ,no solution.
So, if cant give me a correct answer or fix my problem, maybe can u give me a request?

My play team its like 10 hours but i only play tutorial and like 1 hour of history, the rest of the time its trying to connect online because i bought the game for it and i cant access to all the options in the menu because the 90% need online...and my game its broken or something i have too many games and all work correctly , i try al the possibilities to fix it and still withouth found it....please...

I never will bought again a mk game or something from WB , 0 support, 0 solutions.. 0 answers..

I ordered my copy from Amazon. The Krypt still boots me out. This server shit is just a nightmare- I can't even enjoy the game.
