Does this game not have a pause menu?

I thought you're supposed to be able to pause and then look at a move list. I have it on Xbox One and no matter what button I press the game doesn't pause. I'm also unable to quit the Krypt and return to the main menu. I've been having to restart the game. But now I can't even seem to do that. I turn off the system and turn it back on, and when I select MK11 it just resumes where I was. So I'm basically stuck in the Krypt with no way to get back to the main menu.

That's strange.

I have it on the Switch and it works just fine for me. I use the moves list all the time. There might be a bug in your game.

If it persists the only thing I'd suggest is to delete the game and never play again. (Joking) But yeah, still, delete the game and re-install it would be my bet. It sucks and I'd do it before crashing for bed unless you planned to play all night. I don't know.

It has a pause menu. It's the Menu (Start) button on the controller. It sounds like yours might be stuck--that or you need to delete/reinstall.

Have you tried accessing it with another controller? All the comments here suggest it could be a software issue, but it may actually be the hardware.
